RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Janane Core, we are committed to offering premium products and a thoughtful customer experience.

PREORDER ITEMS

Janane Core products may be offered on a preorder basis.

By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and accept an estimated production and fulfillment timeline of approximately 6–8 weeks before shipment.

As our pieces are produced in limited quantities and with attention to craftsmanship, timelines may occasionally vary.

Due to the limited and preorder nature of certain collections, return eligibility may vary.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at:

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
