Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

For preorder items, estimated production and shipping timelines will be clearly indicated on the product page.

SHIPPING TIMES

Europe: 4–10 business days

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

United States & International: 5–15 business days

PREORDERS

For preorder collections, shipping timelines may be extended due to production schedules. Estimated shipping dates are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to slight delays.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
